This is a budget hotel and the room felt more like a dorm. Mine was an average, slightly small room, 402, with a double bed, table and chair, TV, closet, small bathroom, and AC. The AC leaked, and there was no breakfast, at least as far as I could tell. It was quiet around the place, with free WiFi and parking, and Grand Indonesia mall is nearby. I forgot to take photos, but the room didn't match what I expected. The Google images didn't look anything like my room 😑.

The bed and bathroom were dirty, and the room smelled bad. My blanket, pillow, and bed made me feel nauseated, and the neighbors were loud at night, cooking, talking, and laughing. I contacted customer service to complain, but they showed no respect and kept me waiting while I felt awful and couldn't sleep. The room was noisy and the place sits down a narrow alley, far from convenience stores and restaurants. There's no receptionist desk, just a dirty bed and bathroom. I was completely disappointed.

Someone on duty was smoking inside, and the smell reached my room. It wasn't even the cheapest, and the stay was awful.
