The bathroom was dirty, and there weren't any towels or soap. The bed was filthy too, the walls weren't clean, the TV didn't work, and the room smelled of smoke. It gave me the impression of a place for hookups, that's all. I wouldn't tell anyone to stay here. Management needs to get the basics under control if they're going to run a hotel or guesthouse.

I was exhausted when I got there around midnight, and the receptionist wouldn't let me check in after I booked through Agoda. He'd first asked for 150,000 in cash for a room for one night. I showed him Agoda had a room available for 100,000, and he told me to book it there. I did, got the confirmation right away, but he said no booking had come through. Agoda support confirmed my reservation. The receptionist was no help at all while I tried to sort it out or contact Agoda. In the end I left because he was too proud to let me in. I'm shocked someone like that is allowed to deal with hotel guests.

Everything feels flimsy, worn down, old, and broken. It comes across more like an old storeroom than somewhere to stay. I wouldn't come back.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the service was good. The facilities could use work, especially the shower, which wasn't working properly. Hopefully they improve it.

For a monthly stay, the price is affordable and laundry is included. The place is really clean and feels secure around the clock, and you get in using a card. It's the best option I've found.
