The outside looks nice, but inside it wasn’t clean. The receptionist was fine, though the room had plenty of problems: mosquitoes everywhere, a really bad smell from the mattress and pillow, and a bathroom that smelled and had lots of rust. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The parking area is tiny, with room for only five cars. I’d think twice before booking. I ordered through Traveloka, and when I got there the receptionist was rude. The bed was only 160x200, which wasn’t the size I expected, and they wanted another 100,000 because I had children with me. The receptionist agreed to a refund after I asked, and the booking was cancelled, but then the refund request through Traveloka was rejected. I still don’t know whether the money is with the hotel or Traveloka. The place now appears on Traveloka under the name Reddorz.
