The charge was 150,000 rupiah more than the price I had paid in the app. The bigger issue, though, was how filthy and unsanitary everything was. My first room was very dirty and didn't have a shower. I asked to move, but the toilet in the second room had mosquitoes in the water and wouldn't flush. Worst hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I booked three nights in a rush because the trip was sudden and there was no refund, and I was hesitant after reading the Google reviews. The total came to 450 thousand after I added 74 thousand. They should make the suggested app price more accurate so guests aren't surprised by extra charges. I asked to check the room and water first. They gave me towels, four drinking waters, soap, and shampoo, and the refrigerator and TV worked. The water pressure was pretty good, but the toilet looked dirty and needed a deep clean. The hotel is down an alley, though not too far in. It would be okay for two people too.

Think carefully before staying here. They ask you to pay more, the room doesn't feel nice, and the water is dirty.

For anyone quoted 150 thousand or less, I'd cancel. Don't get tempted by the low rate, because they may charge extra when you arrive. I don't think 150 thousand is worth it given how tense the hotel feels. The rooms are large, but cleanliness isn't maintained, especially in the toilet. I was also surprised by what seemed like illegal parking in the hotel area. I brought my motorbike and went out for food, and they charged me 5 thousand to park even after I said I was a hotel guest. After that, I didn't leave the room again, because I didn't want to pay another 5 thousand if I went out. I hope management improves the booking system, room facilities, and guest security so customers can feel comfortable.
