I'm from Medan and stayed here for more than a week. The staff cleaned every day and changed the sheets, bedcovers, and towels. I saw them doing it myself, and they were always friendly and polite. That made me enjoy coming back to stay here. It's close to the airport, with plenty of laundry places and eateries nearby, and an Indomaret within walking distance. The mattress was clean, the AC very cold, and the water heater worked well. We also got biscuits and peanuts as snacks each day during our weeklong stay. The service deserves a thumbs up. Other hotels I tried didn't provide service like this, they were just cynical. I'm coming back next week for another out-of-town business trip. This really is a very good hotel.

I only regret staying here. It looks clean at first, but at 350 the mattress wasn't a spring bed, just ordinary foam, and it was full of mites. Even the TV remote had them. My whole body itched when I got home. The AC wasn't cold either. I chose it because the Google reviews looked good, but it wasn't worth it at all. Think twice before staying here, bro.

The place is easy to locate, and the room was very clean. The staff were friendly, too. For a hotel at this price, the surroundings are good. I had a really nice stay.

I had a very good stay: the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. I do want to warn people about booking. My recent experience taught me not to use WhatsApp numbers found on Google Maps or other numbers claiming to represent the hotel. It was a real scam. Book through a reputable app or directly with the hotel, and don't transfer money if someone contacts you through WhatsApp. You could lose it.
