I stayed one night and found the room pretty large, with a dining table and two chairs where I could eat. The chair looked dirty, though, so I wasn't sure about sitting on it. The bathroom was reasonably clean, and the WiFi was fast.

For a business trip, the affordable price and location near Central Jakarta are real advantages. There's a minimarket next door, a few cafes and restaurants nearby, and Setiabudi LRT Station is close. The building is old but has an elevator, and the room is roomy. The receptionist was okay. The air conditioning worked, there was a smart TV, two bottles of mineral water, and WiFi that was acceptable, if not great. I bought more water myself, though perhaps they would have replaced it during room cleaning or if I'd asked. I made the mistake of assuming there'd be a water heater, since it wasn't listed in the app I used. The room door still uses a manual key, which made me a bit uneasy about security. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, the toilet and sink were dirty, the furniture was old, and there was a hole in the bedsheet. No bedside lamp, either, for anyone who needs darkness to sleep. The neighbors blasted music late at night with their door open, on multiple nights. That seemed to happen regularly, and I couldn't rest. I can put up with dirt and stains for a few days, but noise was the main reason this place didn't work for me. I hope they set clearer rules.

A decent room for a budget stay, and the location is convenient. Indomaret is very close, and there are easy-to-find street food options at night. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, though, and water was leaking from it.

The Red Door staff were great and very helpful, and the location near the CBD is handy. Security was good and the WiFi was okay. The room looked smart but didn't meet the hotel standards. There was no food service, no international adaptor, and no tissues in the room. Still, it was manageable.
