RedDoorz Plus @ Kapuk Business Park

The friendly staff and breakfast for two made this feel worth the budget price, and that's why I gave it four stars. The bathroom was the main problem for me: the toilet seat was broken, and the drain worked so poorly it felt like a fish could swim there.

I paid for five nights but left after just one, and they wouldn't refund me. There were cockroaches all over the room, and the pillows smelled like they hadn't been washed in years. I'd sooner sleep on the sidewalk.

The restaurant's food was the one good thing. Otherwise, my room was tiny and not cleaned properly, and I could clearly hear people in the next room. There was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom. The hotel is inside a factory area, with big lorries constantly keeping it busy.

The room smelled bad, had no window, and the bathroom was cramped. The toilet didn't work properly, the cushions and sheet were dirty, and there wasn't a hanger for towels or clothes. I could hear the next room clearly, and footsteps in the noisy hallway carried into the room. There were too many mosquitoes in both the room and restaurant. I can't recommend this place and won't book it again. I don't need to take a photo to explain how awful it was.
