RedDoorz Plus near Kemang Raya

I finally got into the hotel thanks to an employee on the next shift who responded quickly and contacted RedDoorz. The whole thing was frustrating and took a lot of time. I urgently needed a makeup artist in the Kemang area, so I booked for that night at midnight. I paid, and the booking was confirmed. When I arrived at 9 AM, though, staff said the booking had been canceled and turned me away without suggesting a solution. They told me to contact RedDoorz, which I did, but it was difficult. I also wasn't refunded because they treated me as a no-show, saying I should have checked in at 4 AM. Nobody had told me that, and they simply refused.

The receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, and I got a pretty good room for the price. I needed somewhere to stay overnight in the area and booked an online promotion for under 200,000 Rupiah. Maybe I was lucky, or maybe the service really was just good and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was cool, though it took a little while, and the water heater worked, which is rare at a hotel in that price range. There was a pool, gazebo, and garden. Towels were provided, but there weren't any other bathroom amenities. It was pleasantly quiet and didn't feel gloomy or scary. I could hear some vehicle noise, but that made sense so close to the main road.

The staff were so friendly, and the room was spotless. The bed was soft, the pillows comfortable, the air conditioning worked really well, and the bathroom was clean too. The TV was on and had lots of channels.

I wasn't very satisfied. The rooms weren't clean, and I couldn't leave my suitcases unattended for long. There were cobwebs all over, and the triple room had just one power outlet.
