The employee was polite and respectful, but the room was horribly dirty. I’ve stayed in 150k-200k Rubiah hotels while traveling in many countries, and this was one of the dirtiest rooms I’ve seen for 400k. I’d already paid, but after trying to stay for an hour, I had to get out in the middle of the night and find another hotel. Bugs were crawling around, including tiny ones that sucked blood. I killed one and saw the blood. The blanket cover had gone from white to yellow-gray, and the bed frame was filthy. Replacing those things shouldn’t be expensive.

The staff did all they could to help, even though they couldn’t control the flooding. When I arrived, the whole first floor was underwater. Keep that in mind if you’re thinking of booking during flood season.
