The employees seemed friendly, and the electrical outlet worked. The rest was awful: bedbugs were crawling on the linens, cockroaches on the walls, and a rat was scurrying around above the ceiling. Water leaked from the AC onto the floor all night. The bathroom ceiling had more mold than I’d ever seen, the toilet was installed facing the wrong way, and the tap water in the toilet bowl was discolored. The sheets and towel had multiple holes, and the Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out.

The place was good and comfortable, but a lot of young people rent rooms there when they aren't couples. Travelers visiting should be careful.

There’s a mini market and a small restaurant right next door, which makes things easy. The location is handy too, close to Ciputra Mall. I just wish the cleanliness were better.

I’d think twice before staying here. I booked two nights, but ended up not sleeping there at all. The cleanliness is something you’ll have to judge for yourself, and that includes mites in the mattress. I considered complaining, but the condition put me off doing it.
