RedDoorz Plus near Taman Rasuna Menteng

The keeper was very impolite, and the room itself was uncomfortable: no hot water, a broken toilet door, weak AC, a very thin blanket, and no table for our things. The lighting was all yellow, with no white lamp. The parking lot was full when we arrived, so we had to park elsewhere at a high cost.

For two nights at most, it’s acceptable for the price and location. They gave us only one towel, and when I asked for a second, there was no sink to wash my face. The toilet light and fan ran continuously through the main connection. Be careful when booking, too: the pictures show a premium room, while the standard room looks different, as in the photos below.

The staff were unhelpful and seemed unconcerned. There’s no parking, and I don’t understand why this poor property is called “Plus”; even a regular reddoorz would be too much for it. It’s on a narrow road behind Taman Rasuna, with no RedDoorz sign outside, so it took me two hours to find. I don’t recommend it at all.

The room was okay, but the bathroom was quite dirty and had no amenities. The AC didn’t cool the room, and the front desk staff were impolite.
