RedLiving Apartemen Cibubur Village - Lilys Room Tower C

The service was bad and they didn’t handle people’s orders responsibly. They prioritized walk-ins even though app orders had been placed earlier.

The security guard was rude and had no manners. If you’re going to have guards, please choose them again and don’t let this continue.

The AC leaked, the key didn’t work, there was no Wi-Fi, and the refrigerator wasn’t cold. I asked them to fix the key, but they didn’t come until the afternoon. My booking clearly stated the checkout date, yet I was told to leave the day before.

I called this morning using the listed number to ask whether a room was available and confirm some details. The receptionist was extremely rude, answering in a curt voice and asking, “WHO IS THIS?” Is that the kind of service at the Cibubur Village apartment? No wonder the Google rating is only 2.3, the service was terrible from the start. Management should review how its employees treat callers, especially the receptionist on duty this morning, December 10, 2024. Please evaluate her very poor service for the sake of the business. Thank you.
