RedLiving Apartemen Sentra Timur Residence - Myroom.id Tower Green

We felt so disgusted that we didn't stay in either room, and the location and apartment surroundings were awful too. The photos gave a completely different impression from what we found there. I booked two units through RedDoorz in July 2025 for two nights each, for almost 1,250,000 total. We arrived around 1 a.m. and had trouble reaching the receptionist or apartment guard at myroom.id. They were reluctant to give us our money back. The listing showed a kitchen and even had a photo, but when we asked about the gas tank, we were told it was only available for a monthly fee. They also said there was no Wi-Fi. The place was dirty, there were animals, and the sheets felt itchy. I also paid for insurance through RedDoorz in case the room quality wasn't up to standard. There's no way to make a claim or contact them, though. All the replies are from bots, basically AI. I'm still upset about it. The rooms aren't cheap, and the quality is lousy. RedDoorz, get your act together. Apartment owners and management, stop making money this way. Never stay here if you don't want to lose out.
