Miss fatimah gave excellent service. Redtop Hotel has clean, comfortable rooms that are kept in good condition, and the food is tasty with a decent choice of local and international dishes. There's a pool, fitness center, and meeting rooms, so it works for business or leisure. Getting around is convenient, with taxis and public transit nearby, plus easy access to major landmarks, tourist spots, and shopping. Good value and comfortable overall.

The staff made this feel like home, especially Dini and Salma. They were always checking if I needed anything, and everyone from the front desk and security to the parking staff and lobby managers was friendly and helpful. I had a lovely week at Redtop Hotel just before the Chinese new year, and it was better than I expected. The place looked bigger and much nicer than the photos online. I could walk to the various important sites I needed to visit each day. The facilities were first class, with a spacious room, a complete modern gym with professional trainers, and a large pool on the first floor. It was lovely to dip into the pool on a hot day. The breakfast buffet was a favorite too, with so many choices. I'd happily recommend this hotel.

I saw the info on TikTok about the all-you-can-eat dim sum brunch buffet for 99.000 nett every Wednesday and Saturday. The food was good, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
