I checked in at night with a lot of luggage. The long-haired night security guard first said my room was on the 3rd floor. When I asked for help with just one small suitcase, he refused, saying security weren't janitors. Then they moved my room to the 1st floor. It felt lazy, especially since the suitcase was small. I needed help because I couldn't carry it while also holding a large tote and wearing a backpack. I've never seen security respond that way before. I planned to stay for over a week, but canceled after hearing someone in the afternoon say I didn't know what time it was because I hadn't checked out by noon. I'd extended my stay that morning.
