I spent a week here and really enjoyed it. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was modern, new, and exceptionally clean for this price range, cleaner than anywhere else I’ve stayed. My room on the third floor had a large closet with a full-length mirror and a TV. There was also a kitchen and a terrace with a city view on that floor, plus a small coffee shop on the first floor. The shower had good water pressure.

I stayed two nights in standard room 019. The room was small but very clean, with a spotless bathroom, and the building seemed fairly new. It’s handy for a quick trip, and the lobby cafe makes it suitable for working from home. There’s a smart TV, internet speed up to 300MBPS, and a rooftop on the 3rd floor with a view of SCBD. The windows faced the building instead of outdoors, and the AC felt too cold for such a small room. There’s a lift out front, though I’m not sure it works, correct me if I’m wrong. A guest was very noisy on my first night, and since the rooms aren’t soundproof, it was quite disruptive. Guests should be more mindful of others.

I really like the layout and interior, and both the bedroom and bathroom are lovely. The towels, though, had brown-colored stains on them.

The staff were warm and pleasant, and the location was convenient. For the price, it’s really worth it. The room was complete, with a spacious bed and plenty of room. I’ll definitely choose this place again next trip. Good job, W Mampang Five!

The king bed and roomy bathroom are great, with a powerful shower. The design is minimalist without feeling too industrial. Highly recommended. You can reserve via WA and pay directly to the company account, W Residence Group.
