The room was cheap and okay, but after an hour I decided to look for somewhere else. It could use some renovation, with paintwork and hallway garbage needing attention. Then I saw someone hanging their underwear in the window. That was enough for me.

I’m never going back to this hotel.

I called over and over and sent messages, but got no answer, so I went there in person. They said the place was full, even though there was no sign of activity or that it was fully booked. A week later they finally replied to my text, just repeating that they were slammed. If you can’t take customers right now, respond promptly to people who reach out. Don’t ignore calls, then leave a message unanswered for a week just to give them what feels like a blatant lie.

A budget hotel near bintaro, but there’s no reception or admissions desk, so it’s confusing the first time you arrive. The service and the place were both very, very uncomfortable.

The room was good, the air conditioner cool, and there’s a water heater.
