The train station is fairly close, and there are some really good restaurants nearby. I also found the staff friendly, the rooms clean, and the sofas comfortable. One of the best hotels for me.

There’s plenty of space here, including a common room and lots of fish ponds. After checking out, I was able to stay in the common room, relax, and dry my towels. Check-in was easy, with a 100,000 deposit. The pool was clean, not overly chlorinated, and refreshing. The bathroom is spacious, the water pressure is strong, and I liked the misty spray, though the hot water doesn’t last long. At around 200,000, it feels worth the price, but hygiene needs attention. The linens had some stains, and I’d be more confident about coming back if they were clean. Reception isn’t always staffed since they have other duties, so you need to call for someone to come to the lobby. Supplies are limited to soap and bathroom tissues, with no toothbrush, toothpaste, facial tissues, towels, or floor mat. I usually bring my own, so that wasn’t a big issue for me, though a floor mat would help keep the floor clean. The outlets are awkwardly placed too, and I had to charge my devices in the bathroom and move a chair there. I paid through Traveloka and noticed the rate was several tens of thousands cheaper when paying directly at the hotel.

The room was cozy, with a spacious bathroom, though the wardrobe was a bit dusty, so check it before unpacking. The pool is small, about 1.2m deep, but clean enough for a swim. Since the building started out as a house, there are several large, empty living rooms that guests can use as meeting spots. This is an affordable hidden lodging in South Jakarta, in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a luxury house turned into a hotel, and it has a curfew: the gate is closed from 11pm to 6am, so plan around that. I had a pleasant stay and would come back if I get the chance. 4 stars.

More of an exclusive homestay. Keep up the good work with the rooms and accommodation.

I came here while preparing for my niece’s wedding. It’s a nice residential-style syariah hotel in a strategic spot, though it can be hard to find. The central area is spacious and luxurious, and there’s a small pool in the backyard. They should give more attention to hygiene and lighting.
