The room was spacious and the location is great, good value for the money. I hope the pool renovation is finished soon. Best part, breakfast is free for kids. Amazing.

The location is convenient, and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were responsive and helpful, especially marvin and riana. Breakfast was good.

Housekeeping did a very good job. They were clean, quick, and knew what they were doing. The receptionists were good and knew what was what, though one or two staff members were a bit unclear, so I had to ask or repeat the same request many times. Breakfast wasn’t good, since most of the food was already cold at 730AM, but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around, so I’d advise booking without breakfast. The location is good if you’re attending an event at Gripa Studio. Thank you.

The food at breakfast was delicious, and I loved the cake. The deluxe room was big enough and good enough, but sadly there was a roof leak above the window in room 303, and they weren’t ready with sandals. I enjoyed the breakfast, but for the price, it feels a little expensive with those shortcomings. I hope they can improve. I forgot to take a picture of the room, sorry. Thanks 😊

I had a deluxe room, and it was spacious. The food was delicious, and I was happy with breakfast. You should try the Conro Bakar, it’s tasty and comes in a big portion. The hot water was disappointing, though, only near-warm. For a 3 star hotel, the price felt like that of a 4 star hotel.
