From the outside the place seemed okay, and it looked fairly clean when I first went in. The room was another story: the sheets didn't look washed, the bathroom and toilet were clogged and wouldn't flush, and there was no towel or soap. There was even rubbish left from the previous day's checkout. The employees are lazy.

My girlfriend needed somewhere to stay after midnight and was charged an early check-in fee, even though she checked out that same day. That doesn't count as early check-in. If the charge was a fine for a rule against checking in after midnight, fine, but it's not an early check-in fee. Don't stay here.

The staff seem stressed and unwilling to work. At night, lots of LCs cry after being broke, and it seems to disturb people who are trying to sleep.

There’s a park by the roadside in front of the shops at Sans Hotel Harapan Indah where you can go for a jog in the morning or afternoon. It's safe, there's no traffic, and the air is pretty clean.

The place is dirty, the room and bathroom smell, and there are lots of worms, yes, WORMS. The mattress is dusty and so are the pillows. The room is damp too. The staff seem lazy, just sitting there and sweeping. We customers want to be comfortable, but the owner only seems interested in making a profit. Sorry, this hotel is as bad as it gets. Don't stay here, friends, if you want to stay healthy.
