Sans Hotel Roxy Jakarta

There are plenty of food choices nearby, especially at night, and convenience stores are close by. It’s easy to get to and good value for money. The bedroom lighting was good and the AC was cold. But the karaoke place below can be heard and felt past midnight, especially on weekends, and the soundproofing is poor. The bathroom smelled unpleasant, had bad lighting and got slippery when wet. Shower pressure was very weak, and the water was cold. My room had no windows or sunlight, and the bed was uncomfortable. Service was poor too. Check-in at the same counter as the karaoke place felt awkward, and there wasn’t clear signage pointing to reception. It was my first stay at this property.

Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the room felt cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was okay, although the hot water didn’t work very well. Great location, near Indomaret and lots of restaurants within walking distance.

After a long flight, we got there at night and couldn’t get a proper rest because the room was so bad. It was dirty, smelly, dark, shady and had no amenities. Don’t trust the pictures, everything looked different. We’d booked two nights but checked out early. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

It’s right in Roxy, handy if you’ve got business in the area. The room feels like a typical 3-star hotel and is worth the price, with a nice bed and a clean shower. The interior is modern, colorful and makes good use of the space.
