The pool could use some loungers and umbrellas, and it’d help to have a shuttle or golf cart to Old Shanghai or MKG. Getting shopping up to our rooms would be easier with supermarket carts available in the parking area. Free parking for Gojek, Grab, or taxi drop-offs would be useful too. It’s a nice place to live as it is.

The guards are disrespectful and act arrogantly. That’s unacceptable, and they need serious training in how to treat people.

The way the security guards treat people is unacceptable. They come across as arrogant and need better training.

I ended up late for an important online meeting because the broken boomgate wasn’t fixed for over ten minutes. The side road used to be an option for reaching the other entrance, even though it was usually closed in the morning. This time they kept it shut despite the gate being broken, so I had to take a long detour. I’d set up all my meeting equipment in my unit and got there very late. This is really poor management. Whoever made that call showed no regard for tenants’ needs or concerns and should be fired for this level of incompetence.
