Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel

The hotel is next to a mall, which makes it easy to find food or shop, even though it isn’t in the heart of Jakarta. I had fairly high expectations given Sheraton’s place in the Mariott group and its price, and the stay met them. My room was modern and clean, the AC and shower both worked perfectly, and the king bed was even larger than I expected. All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. At breakfast, a chef, though I’m not sure what level he was, personally asked for feedback. I shared a few thoughts, and he listened and appreciated them, even if he probably knew more than I did. As a gold Mariottmember, I could check out at 14:00, and we also received some sweets. We didn’t get a complimentary upgrade, though.

The breakfast lounge was a highlight, with great choices including gluten-free options. Fikri and Alif made the meal feel special, while Theresa and Rahmat looked after the lounge through the day with a professional but fun manner, including during checkout. It’s a grand, luxurious hotel with impressive rooms. Nova was always smiling when she greeted me and the other patrons. The whole place made a strong impression.

Being directly connected to the mall makes the location very convenient for meals, shopping, or a walk around. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and clean, with nice attention to detail. Staff were warm and professional, making everything feel welcoming and easy. Breakfast had a good range and was enjoyable. A pleasant, well-managed choice for leisure or business.

Rooms were cool and clean, and the service was top notch. If anything needs attention, just let the team know and they follow up quickly. The staff were warm and friendly, especially Bu Theresa and Pak Andri, who were very accommodating. Great place to stay in Jakarta. I’ll definitely come back on my next visit.
