Signature Park Grande by Aparian

I booked a unit here through Airbnb and was pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable, and nice it was. The parking is easy to get to and orderly, and the facilities are fairly complete, including a pretty large pool. The location is also quite convenient.

This is a very large apartment in East Jakarta, just a few meters from Signature Park, which is in South Jakarta. It isn’t too busy yet, since not many people have rented here so far. With its strategic spot in Jakarta, though, I think more people will move in.

Mr Wahid is really nice, but the rest of the staff suck. Security has already come to my unit twice over my music. I have a good speaker, but I wasn’t playing loudly, and you could barely hear it outside. The complaint came from the unit below me, while neither neighbor on my left or right said anything. What an idiotic experience, haha. Announcements over the speakers are never translated into English either. Not everyone living here is local, so a second language seems only fair. What a shame.

My friend lost her access key, and the staff were super helpful. They were ready to assist and responded quickly. There still aren’t many tenants, though, and at night there are lots of mosquitoes in the lobby.
