Bad management. They were overbooked, and I had to get a refund with no solution or nearby hotel, in the middle of the night. I bought my booking at 19.00, before the other guest's at 20.20, but was told I couldn't check in because they had a regular guest. Very disappointed with the FO and the "spv" on the phone.

Very affordable and a good place to stop over. The room is small but clean. There is a damp smell, though, so it might not suit people who are sensitive to that.

For the price, it's hard to complain: the room is big, the toilet and bedroom floor were very clean, and the WiFi and smart TV worked. Sometimes there was an old-building smell, maybe from the wall or the air conditioning, and the bedroom wall had damp patches. Also, please put at least a small rubbish bin in reception.

If you're thinking of renting a room here to cowork, think twice and save your money for another place, even if it costs more. The sound system is noisy, and the kampoenng-environment is kept up with workers and co's hanging out outside day and night, drinking coffee and laughing. I'm sure you'll hear the music while trying to work. Complaining didn't help. After I raised a dispute, I stopped getting free water and was treated like a germ.
