The location is good and public transport is easy to reach, and the apartments are cheap. But it’s hard to find a decent unit. I looked at two and felt sad about their condition. You could make them livable, but you’d have to spend your own money to do it. With so little space, parking also looked like it could be a nightmare. 24/01/25

I’ve lived here for more than 7 years and absolutely love it. There are two swimming pools and a gym, all free.

Stores like indo/alfamart, laundry shops, and warung can pull their trolleys anywhere and anytime, even through corridors on every floor. It’s messy, noisy, and feels unsafe to have those people on the residential floors. Why does management let the shops wander around everywhere? They should make the place safe and convenient for residents, especially owners. Customer service also doesn’t proactively communicate with unit owners, which makes it hard to maintain good service.
