Spacious 3Br At Maple Park Sunter Apartment

I spent a month living above the 21st floor in a fully furnished studio and didn't run into problems with the electricity, water, or general maintenance. The building has two towers, both easy to access, with a secured lobby around the clock. There are plenty of facilities, including a pool, gym, laundry service, ATM, and convenience store, and some stay open 24 hours. Getting around is the main challenge. The property directly offers only private transport options, though there's a two-level basement parking area. There isn't public transport within at least 100 metres. The pedestrian paths are poor and hard to use, and reaching the nearest Transjakarta Bus Halte, 300 metres northbound, means a long walk. I'd suggest making the most of shared online transport for getting around.

There's a lake view from tower A, and the location is right in the heart of Sunter. On the ground floor you'll find Indomaret, a canteen, laundry, and delivery service.

A decent, quiet spot that's good for resting.

We had to sit in the lobby for two hours before anyone arrived with the keys, after Travellio stopped replying a few days before our stay. Booking through Agoda meant we had to deal with Travellio instead, which was confusing. The unit was incredibly dirty and short on amenities for five adults staying five days. The guards were quite helpful, and having a Family Mart and Indomaret downstairs was the only upside. I wouldn't book through Travellio again. 👎👎
