Poins Square needs serious improvement in how it’s managed. Parking payments and the way cars are directed are a mess, complaints get a poor response, and maintenance is lacking. The exterior needs repainting, the gym equipment and road asphalt are deteriorating, and other facilities are too. The owner should replace the management team with one that takes clients and the public into account.

It’s a shame that this mall’s strategic location isn’t being put to good use. Every time a brand opens, it seems to shut down soon after. Management should listen to criticism and suggestions, work on improving things, and stop acting arrogant.
Ordering GoFood here is made unnecessarily difficult. Residents and management of the Poinssquare apartment complex, please read this carefully. If you want the order left with reception and don’t want to pay parking, stay inside the complex. Paying for parking is a hassle, especially after 1 a.m., and it feels vulnerable to theft. There’s no space in the guarded shelter, and there’s no security guard out front. Walking over wastes time and makes people hunt for money. It’s a joke.
The male and female security guards were unfriendly and showed no ethics. Their directions to customers were unclear, and they made visitors uncomfortable. Please improve the service going forward.
