Spacious Pent House 3BR at Sunter Park View Apartment

I've lived here nearly seven years and have enjoyed it. It feels like a real community, with people of different ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities. Management is efficient and thorough, and the security staff are always helpful. Truly a wonderful place to live.

Packages have to go to the drop-off area, the pop-up box, since couriers can't leave them in the lobby. It's a long walk to the back, and motorcycles aren't allowed there either. If what you're picking up is heavy, think twice.

Alfamart downstairs is handy for daily necessities, but that's the best thing about this apartment. I'd look elsewhere, bro. The elevator breaks down nearly every week, and there are cockroaches in the room. The facilities are old despite very high monthly fees. It's not soundproof, so you can hear the next room, and many residents are annoying. Security seems indifferent, unprofessional, and careless about the job. Cars are often parked all over the front, making it incredibly hard to get through. 😩 😒 🪳🪳🪳

I paid 92,000 Rupiah for parking from 3 AM to 7 AM. Four hours at that price just because it was overnight? Ridiculous. I'm fed up with coming here and won't return. BE CAREFUL IF YOU WANNA GO HERE!
