The location was great value for the price, and I had a fantastic stay. My room was spotless and spacious, with everything I needed, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept really well. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in through checkout, made me feel welcome, and handled everything quickly. I'd definitely stay again, highly recommend it.

The pool was well maintained, and the clean, comfortable surroundings were nice for a light jog. I also enjoyed the breakfast variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Check-in was easy, with no deposit required. A few things could be better: the towels felt a little damp, and some parts of the room looked dated, though they were still maintained. The TV could be bigger, and outside noise came through, so the soundproofing could use work. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

I only got three hours to enjoy the comfortable, clean room because my flight was delayed by three hours. It was easy to find both the lift and the room, and there were no confusing passages or complicated door locks. I also liked the lobby vibe and took some photos while waiting. I arrived around 2 AM after being on the move all day. The counter staff welcomed me, and registration was smooth, which was just what I needed before getting the key and resting. After checking in, I asked how to get to the Whoosh station in the morning. The staff member offered to call a taxi or suggested Grab, and advised me to leave by 6 AM at the latest to catch my train. I checked out around 5:45 AM as advised. The counter staff helped check that my Grab booking had the right destination in a foreign land. The car arrived within minutes, and I reached the station in 10 minutes. I have no complaints about the place.

The check-in was quick and easy, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Mba Andin was especially friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I had a very pleasant visit and would highly recommend the hotel.

The facilities were decent for the hotel's standard, and breakfast tasted good with enough variety. Harper Hotel was convenient and easy to get around from. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly from check-in to checkout. I had a pleasant stay overall and would consider coming back, for either business or a short leisure trip.
