We didn't stay in the end. On arrival, we found lots of bed bugs on the mattress. The hotel moved us to another room after we asked, but there were bed bugs there too. The rooms were incredibly dirty and moldy, with pieces of broken wall coming off and black mold on the ceiling.

The rooms were in horrible condition, with black mold everywhere and holes in the walls. There were severe bed bug problems in all the rooms. When we chose not to stay, the hotel refused to refund us. Absolutely horrible.

The hotel's location is very strategic, but it needs better maintenance. I got a standard room on the fourth floor. The curtain was broken, the AC remote didn't work so I couldn't turn it off, one main light was out and the bedside light didn't work. There was no drinking water in the room, only a gallon jug on the first floor near the stairs. The garden view looked like an uncared-for house yard. In the bathroom, the sink flow was weak, the shower switch on the faucet was broken, and the wall sticker was peeling. There was no toothbrush, shampoo, or bath soap. The staff member at check-in was friendly. When I checked out at 8 in the morning, though, the receptionist was still sound asleep at the desk.
