There's no soap, no tissue, no safety box, no proper room, and no clean bathroom. The AC wasn't good either. The bed was the only thing that survived, and the towel was clean during my stay. Bringing your own tissue would really help in the bathroom. The pictures on Agoda or Booking have absolutely nothing in common with this place. After I complained, the response was essentially that I could lose my money or accept things as they were. I had no real alternative then. It was the end-of-year season, hotel prices were three or four times the usual rates, and finding somewhere else was simply impossible. I can't honestly call this a hotel. It felt aimed at a very specific crowd, mostly young people looking for an atmosphere that didn't suit my age or expectations. Thankfully, I only had to endure one night, and I hope never to repeat the experience. No one seemed to know who owned the place, and there was nobody responsible to turn to if something went wrong. Once you're in, you're on your own. There are plenty of things I prefer not to write here. I hope this helps you decide. My honest advice is to avoid it and RUN. Leaving you with the pics and video, if it's possible to upload. Enjoy.

An old, spooky room, with a dirty ceiling. It was damp and dark, and absolutely BAD. Really not recommended.

The bed and pillows were comfortable enough to sleep on, but I wouldn't recommend this unless you're on a tight budget like I was. The room was simple and missing a kettle, fridge, hangers, and shampoo. They gave me a bottle of liquid soap instead. The bathroom drain didn't work at all, so the shower area turned into a wading pool. The whole room smelled old and musty, and I could smell cigarette smoke from other rooms. The bedsheets were dirty. I stayed because I had a work assignment nearby.

A few things were nice: the location, two good restaurants in the same building, malls and a cinema nearby, and important offices including the China Embassy. There was also a scenic photo spot outside. The AC worked properly and got very cold, though it was off when we arrived. The smart TV was a decent size and supported Netflix. And the cute cat wearing a "parkir" safety vest alongside the parking attendant was an attraction in itself. But this is a small guest house that's dirty, short on important amenities, and overpriced for what it offers. I wouldn't come back or recommend it. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your bags upstairs. No hot water, and the water pressure was very low. The place was very dirty, with no dedicated cleaning staff. We only saw two male employees during our stay. We found hair in the bed, so they probably don't change sheets between guests, and there were stains on the mattress. The towels were visibly dirty when we arrived, so we didn't use them. The stairway smelled of cigarettes. They market normal rooms as "suites" even though they don't have a sofa, and charge almost double. There was no water or kettle, and although cups were provided, there was no tea or coffee. A water dispenser in the hallway had no bottle and was never loaded while we were there. Luckily, there's a Circle K shop across from the guest house. Our window looked onto a trash dumpster, despite the room being sold as "Courtyard View". I don't know how Agoda lists this as three stars. To me it's definitely a two-star place, or even one star.

The hotel was very good, with good service and clean rooms. I recommend it.
