I stayed for two weeks, and the nearby shopping center is an easy walk away. The corridor lighting doesn't come on until 6 p.m., so it feels gloomy. My room was on the top floor, and I found it spooky because I wasn't the only one hearing creepy sounds.

The mobile data signal is awful, and I suspect they block it to push residents toward the building's only Wi-Fi company, which seems dodgy. The place is also infested with cockroaches.

The delivery setup works well. Food and fresh items can go to the lobby reception, while other packages are left at the B1 post. In two years, they only got my unit number wrong once. For food deliveries, it's less than a 30-meter walk from the driver's parking area to the lobby. Motorbikes get six minutes of free parking and cars get seven. I think ten minutes for both would be better. The management team is good and tries to help with inquiries, and the engineering team is very responsive. I once had a plumbing issue at 1 a.m.; they came to my unit in under ten minutes and fixed it in less than half an hour. The facilities are modest. The fitness center is small, around 6m x 6m, while the pool is great, about 15-20m long and 5m wide. They clean it regularly, and the water is usually clear. The minimarket is small with limited choices, but there are two laundry marts. Parking is limited. If the spaces are full, usually late at night when residents are back, you'll need to park behind the building, where it's not gated.
