The place feels private and relaxing, with private parking, EV charging for tenants, a jacuzzi, sauna, and two pools. From living in several apartments, including ones my family and I own, I think the management handles tenants pretty well. My main issue is the high IPL, probably among the most expensive in West Jakarta. For that cost, the buildings should be better cared for, especially the old lobby sofas and the dated interior and exterior paint. 4.5
A comfortable, modern residence with solid facilities.
I paid 450.000 rupiah for a room I hadn't even slept in, then left as quickly as I could. The apartment cost me 150.000 rupiah extra to switch rooms, and when I raised the problem, the staff just said that was the policy. The noise was constant, like a machine banging against the walls, and the room was dirty and untidy. I called for help, but the response was slow, so I went down to reception myself. They told me other people had complained about the same noise and were fine with it. When I said I still wanted to change rooms, they asked whether I'd asked the usher, even though I had. This was presented through Agoda as a hotel after I used the hotel filter, but it's an apartment with two shared bedrooms. There were no room details on Agoda. A warning for anyone booking.
The pool is nice, and staff were helpful with my e-commerce packages. There are security staff around 24/7, too. The location is convenient, with several supermarkets, malls, and restaurants nearby.
A nice, private apartment. The management is quite nice to tenants, and reception is attentive and caring.
