Cockroaches were everywhere, even crawling into our food and bed. The beds were stained, wires were exposed, and the white towels were filthy. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We were scared and checked out the next day.

I decided to check out and move to another hotel. The room smelled stuffy and like cockroaches, and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. What I saw was very different from the pictures in the application where I booked through Trvlk. I didn't have time to take photos because I was busy finding somewhere else to stay. I knew OYO rooms had different levels and picked the lowest one, since I only needed somewhere to sleep and work from home for half a day. I didn't expect it to feel so poorly maintained. When I entered, the window was open and the AC was running, but there was no handle to close the window, and I struggled with it. This was my first time using OYO, so I can't speak to other people's experiences. You can look at the Google reviews when deciding.

The room was clean and spacious, and I don't have any photos of it or the hotel. The front desk staff were especially helpful and friendly, with top-notch hospitality. Unfortunately, this is also an apartment building, and the apartment residents seemed unhappy about hotel guests. The hotel provides just one lift for its guests, but there aren't clear signs showing which one to take. On my first ride I used the wrong lift and got passive-aggressively insulted by the people sharing it with me.

When I walked in, I hesitated to enter. The bed cover was unclean and stained all over, and the pillow practically screamed that it was dirty. The shower was broken too. I slept with my concert raincoat spread over the bed. In the morning, officers woke us by banging loudly on the door. Since we were all girls, we were scared to open it. We asked who was there, but got no answer, just more loud banging. We checked out straight away. A really scary experience.
