The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. There were bugs everywhere, toothpaste on the sink, a dirty towel, dampness on the wall, and pubic hair on the toilet. The smell was awful, especially if you’re a non-smoker. We got there around 10 p.m., and the staff member seemed like it was his first time checking someone in. He asked a colleague to show us the room. When the employee saw its condition, he literally ran off down the hallway and disappeared. That was really unprofessional. Trying to contact them online didn’t help either. You can only chat with an AI, and they never reply to email. Avoid this place for your own comfort, and don’t lose your money or your health there.

The hotel’s location near Taman Mini is its only advantage. The rooms are poorly maintained, with stains on the walls and bed linens. The toilet was in bad shape too, its ceiling was almost falling off, and the taps had low water pressure.
