On my first visit in April for a meeting, I was shocked to see an FO staff member use inappropriate, offensive language toward a colleague in a public area. It seemed highly unprofessional for someone in a guest-facing role. A few days ago, I came back and witnessed a very similar incident. I later learned that the person involved is named Nurma and appears to hold a leadership position in the Front Office department. Management should review the conduct and leadership practices of the FO team. As a guest, I'm uncomfortable staying somewhere that appears to allow workplace intimidation or disrespect toward staff in front of customers. The Front Office represents the hotel and helps set a welcoming, professional first impression. What bothered me most was both the language used toward a subordinate and the apparent lack of awareness of how unacceptable that is in public. Seeing a team leader berate staff in front of guests reflects poorly on the hotel's management standards and workplace culture. If employees are treated that way in public areas, it raises concerns about what happens behind closed doors. Professionalism, respect, and courtesy should be shown at every level, especially by leaders. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the matter appropriately.

The room upgrade made a big difference. I paid an extra 500 000 Rupiah, separate from the regular room price, and got a much larger, better room than the one I booked. The minibar was included in that extra charge. Breakfast was good, and the room exceeded my expectations. I stayed on a Thursday night, and the reception service was phenomenal. The place seems suited to solo guests, couples, and families alike. The AC blew straight at the bed, though, so I had to adjust the temperature to sort that out. The location is peaceful, away from the center, and easy to reach from the highway. The building is old, but maintained well enough to be comfortable. Some of the freshly changed towels were already dirty, so the towels could use improvement.

They moved us to another room because the AC wasn't working properly when we checked in. In the new room, the refrigerator door was missing its bottle holders, the curtain hung loose without clips, and the microwave top was dented. They did fix these things, and our stay was pleasant overall.
