Dhini was especially kind and professional whenever we spoke, and she helped me sort out a change to my schedule with such a helpful attitude. The facilities were clean and well kept during my weeklong stay in late January, which made it a comfortable place to stay. I had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel when visiting Jakarta.

We picked this place for its kid-friendly facilities, and the spacious, clean playground that smelled nice was a hit with both my daughters. Our two-bedroom apartment had plenty of space and amenities, and the bed was comfortable. The pillow was too soft for me, though that's personal preference, and they were able to provide a firm one. For my younger daughter's second birthday, Dhini and gro team left cakes and a message on the mirror. At breakfast, Rahma and chef rudi were outstanding hosts and took care of all our needs and requests. The selection was varied and delicious. Mr Rustam also gave us wonderful help and hospitality during our stay, and we're glad he hosted us. We really enjoyed it and would recommend it for a short staycation with kids. They'd love staying here.

The staff's warmth made my stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta especially memorable. Mba Caca and team were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, and they made me feel valued as a guest. I could relax easily after a long day in the clean, thoughtfully designed room. It was well maintained, the bed was cozy, and the whole place felt like home. Everything felt welcoming and seamless from the moment I arrived. I'd highly recommend it for comfort and great service.

Breakfast and the Ground Floor playground were big hits with our kids. We were happy that both could eat breakfast for free, even though our oldest is already 6, and we especially liked the Japanese Grill Set. Mas Bima kept checking on us and quickly helped whenever we needed something. Afterward, the kids loved playing in the huge playground. Mba Indah at Sky Level also made checkout fast and smooth. The room at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan was amazing, clean, functional, and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely ambience. It had everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and weighing scale. Our Swiss Advantage Studio King Bed booking for 3 nights was upgraded to a Swiss Advantage One Bedroom by Mba Fatima, who was incredibly helpful while arranging it. Mas Ray handled our booking efficiently at the Ground Floor, and our room was ready when we arrived around 1 PM, despite that being early check-in. He was warm and cheerful with my two sons. He and Mba Vanessa also prepared two painting sets for the kids, and Mba Vanessa brought them to our room. It was a simple, lovely gesture that touched us, especially the kids. Thanks to them and the whole team, we felt very well looked after and would love to return.
