We booked before midnight, but on arrival the staff said there were no rooms left and wanted to refund us. We didn't want a refund since we'd already booked, and then they gave us a room with broken AC. If a customer has a confirmed booking, they shouldn't be asked to take a refund just because the rooms are full.

Please fix this. When you book through the Redor app, staff still ask for extra fees. Places like this should be made viral.

There are all kinds of extortion charges here, so don't book through Redorz. On arrival they ask for a 10k admin fee plus 10k for parking, even though the ticket says 5k. To avoid the hassle, I just gave it to the female receptionist. Please fix this.

The room was shabby, dark, and empty. What are you even paying 10k for? Parking is 5k 🤦♂️

Really strange and disappointing. I paid for early entry in the app, but when I got there the staff said early entry wasn't possible unless I paid again. They said the early option was just part of the app system and not something the guesthouse had agreed to, even though the app had already charged me for it. If early entry isn't available, please turn it off in the app instead of giving people this response after they've arrived.
