The location and price are okay, and the cleanliness is bad but not the worst. The service, though, was awful. I paid for my stay and there was no cutlery in the room. When I needed some, I was told to ask the restaurant. There was no cold water because the dispenser was broken, so for ice I had to ask there too. The restaurant is under separate management and doesn't get any money from the stay. It's funny that hotel staff send you to another business that hasn't been paid by you. The restaurant service was actually very good. They gave me plastic cutlery even though they didn't earn anything from my stay, and I can understand them charging for ice. Their server greeted me better than the hotel's employees. The restaurant management seems much more capable at service.

There are only two lifts, and they're very old. They don't even sense people properly. My hand nearly got stuck in one. Please fix them and get better staff. I hope the hotel's quality improves in the future.

The price is low and the location is good. We had a bedroom-sized apartment with a sofa instead of just one room, and housekeeping was still provided. Parking was free. The room was old and not very clean. Amenities were limited, including bottled water, and parking spaces were limited too. The swimming pool was small, in poor shape, and the water quality was bad. Food was fair but there wasn't much choice. Lobby Wi-Fi was pretty good, while the connection in the room was terrible.

My friends and I had a really wonderful few days at this hotel. The restaurant welcomed us warmly, the main dishes were good, and we enjoyed both the food and the rooms. We made lots of good memories there.
