The green spaces and full range of facilities make for comfortable living. Dealing with management is another matter: residents are treated poorly, and unclear rules are enforced inconsistently, which makes the place feel intimidating. Some security staff are friendly, but others can be quite rude.

I love the apartment's luxurious features, including the pool and gym, but roaches and bugs have made living here disgusting. They’re everywhere, even in tower emerald, and have gotten into my fridge. I’ve had the unit sprayed four times, taken apart some furniture, and kept cleaning, but they keep coming back. The spraying smell is so strong and toxic to breathe. I keep the lights off so the roaches won’t come out. There are traps in the trash room, but pest control won’t use them in our units. I message management every week, as well as the jendela tenant relations representative, and still there’s no direct solution. It’s a shame because the building is beautiful, but don’t let that fool you. I want to leave, but I can’t break my lease.

I've been here since 2016 and really do love the place. It has what I need, and the location is pretty strategic. But over the last 2 years, the roaches have become insane, coming from every corner and room, sometimes even onto the bed. I take furniture apart and clean, yet they always return. Management hasn’t come up with a solution. I love living here, but the roaches are no joke. It feels like a real horror.

At 4 A.M. today, the whole building alarm went off for an hour with no valid reason. Please do better.
