The spa is fairly priced, the pool is gorgeous, and the hotel is in a walkable downtown area connected to a mall. I never felt nickel and dimed here. For business travelers, the standard room is huge, with a genuinely useful desk. It feels like a suite even without an upgrade. The lounge serves food and drinks five times a day, with a great, varied selection that changed daily, so it was effectively all-inclusive. During my ten-day stay, the lounge staff learned my preferences and surprised me with little extras. They'd offer to pack snacks or get coffee to go.

I prefer the contemporary style of Raffles Jakarta, but The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place more than made up for that with impeccable service. Staff seemed to know my name, and the little touches made everything feel personal. I'd absolutely book here again, 100%. Patrick made cocktails that added something special to my birthday, and the lounge food had an incredible selection. A big shout out to Azzahra, too. Her recommendations for trendy cocktail bars and clubs led to one of the best nights out of the trip. Can't wait to come back.

The team was professional, accommodating, and organized, keeping preparations smooth for the bride and all the vendors. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to collaborate really stood out. Communication flowed throughout the day, so we could focus on our client without logistical worries. The bridal suite was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, making fittings, dressing, and last-minute adjustments easy. That matters to us because it affects the bride's comfort on her special day. It was a wonderful experience. We'd be glad to collaborate again and confidently recommend the venue to brides looking for a refined, stress-free wedding.

The staff were attentive right from the start, and a small booking issue was sorted out quickly and amicably. From arriving in the lobby until checkout the next day, everything went smoothly. At breakfast, they surprised my sister with a special pancake to celebrate her recent graduation. Such a thoughtful touch. I'd recommend staying here for the hospitality.

The rooms at The Ritz Carlton residences at Pacific Place are beautifully appointed apartments, with more than you'd need for a short trip. You could easily live there. The pool and gym are excellent. The people stood out most. The door staff and reception were polite and helpful, and Putri at reception was a star. She even put up with my pathetic attempts to speak Bahasa Indonesia!
