The room was cleaner than I expected, with Wi-Fi and a TV that had choices like YouTube and Netflix. There’s no toilet paper, towels, shampoo, or body soap, and no deposit is needed. Nearby, there are plenty of supermarkets and food stalls. Buses are convenient, but you can only pay with a bus card, not cash or a credit card.

I’d already booked online, but the employee Iwan told me to cancel and still asked me to pay the amount from that online order. The service wasn’t good, and the guest got angry.

I arrived and rang the bell while the person on duty was eating, and they got angry at me for no reason. If staff can’t speak politely to guests, they should be replaced or the place should close. I’m paying for the service, yet I was shouted at instead of treated with basic respect. You can ask someone to wait while you’re eating without yelling. The service and attitude were awful.

My first stay here was unpleasant. The bathroom door in the room I was given wouldn’t close, the towels smelled bad and were dirty, and the sheets were dirty too. I contacted customer service but got no response. The service was poor.
