The croissants are what I keep thinking about, easily my favorite part of breakfast. There weren't loads of breakfast choices, but what we had was nice. We also found the staff polite and ready to help, especially Ms Dini, who was so kind. The rooms were quiet and spacious, and even the amenities smelled great. They had activities for kids and a foam party on the weekend. This is one of our favorite staycation spots, and we'll definitely be back.

We had a spacious room, and the pool and living room were available to use, all for a great price. The location in central Jakarta is another big plus. Mr. Mikhael at reception gave us a free upgrade and provided amazing service. God bless you, sir. You have our prayers and best wishes wherever you work!

The food went down well with the kids, and the hotel was spotless. We stayed at the Fraser for two nights and loved our time there. Our two-bedroom place was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, plus the location was very convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful, always smiling, and made us feel at home. I'd recommend it for families.

Breakfast had plenty of options, and the gym and pool were highlights. The rooms are spacious and have useful amenities, making this a good choice for business. Even the body wash smelled so nice that my wife wanted to know what it was called. The Fraser team were welcoming and helpful throughout. Asma at reception made check-in and check-out go smoothly with her great hospitality. Thanks again.

We'd happily stay at Fraser again. The reception team were friendly and professional, and Ms. Amanda was especially helpful, preparing an early breakfast for us before we headed home this morning. The room was clean, quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and good, served with a smile. The hotel is right in the heart of Jakarta, close to everything, and we had a great stay ❤️
