I was satisfied with my one-night stay. The service was tip-top, and the room was clean, though very small and simple. I checked out at 6 am to continue to my next destination, after arriving at 10 pm.

The room is tiny, but that seems fair for what I paid. I stayed for a week and was very comfortable, everything suited me well and it felt like a great deal. Old Jakarta is close, and the train station and long-distance buses are only a few minutes away on foot.

The location wasn’t good, and the place felt very poor overall. There was a lot of dirt, it looked unrenovated, and there were no facilities. The window was open but covered, so traffic and the mosque could be heard at 4 am. We were given different rooms from the ones we ordered. By European standards, I’d rate it 4/10. They sell drinks at reception, and the staff are friendly.

What a rip-off. They returned my deposit in bills covered with tape, so the money couldn’t be used.
