This was my fourth stay at an Oakwood, and I always sleep well there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I liked the soap here, and this room already had a hair dryer. The location is good and the parking lot is decent. The hot water on my room's dispenser didn't work, unfortunately. The gym is always packed, which isn't my thing as an introvert, but that's okay.

The kitchen was my favorite part, since I could cook in it, and having a dispenser with distilled water was handy. The room was spotless, roomy, and comfortable. Thanks to Nadia and Dila for keeping everything clean and organized. They were kind and friendly, and their clear English made the stay easier and more enjoyable.

I was at Oakwood PIK for a business trip around the PIK area, staying three and two nights, and had a great experience. The room was comfortable, and I especially liked the view and the housekeeping decorations. Shout out to Ahmad and Nadia Fitri for decorating my bed. The rest of the staff were very good too. Keep it up.

The walk to the mall is a bit much, and crossing the road is a nightmare with no traffic lights, Vietnam style. I also found the massage good, though not exceptional. We were first given a room facing the bridge, and since I don't like loud noise and was traveling with my 4-year-old, I asked to move. They let us switch to a room facing the compound, which made for a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and Adi and Darma did an excellent job cleaning it, especially with a 4-year-old in tow. The concierge responded well to our requests.

Reza and Vero were a highlight for their service, and checking out was smooth. We liked the room, which was big, and the facilities were great. The lobby was a bit hot, though. Overall, it was a great experience.
