U Stay Hotel Asem Baris

I went for a meeting, not to stay overnight. The meeting space fits about 15-20 people around a large central table, and has a projector and glass board. The snacks were nice as well. The meeting room and cafe/dining area are beside the lobby, divided off with a glass door. That open area is also where people smoke. It's a budget hotel, roughly 800m from the train station and about 1km from the main road and toll.

For business in tebet, U stay hotel is a good option. It's a new building, and the room is small but comfortable for two. There's a mosque across from the hotel, which is another plus for me. Finding food nearby is difficult, though.

The room was nice, if a little small, and the place has a stylish look. Public transport is accessible, with Cawang and Tebet Station nearby. They ask for a deposit of around IDR 100.000, so bring cash for check-in.

(15-01-18) The biggest issue was how cramped the room felt. There's a huge bed in a tiny space, so don't expect to do yoga or bring a small child, and it could bother someone who's claustrophobic. Still, for that price and location, I can't ask for much more. My room and the white linens were clean, the hotel crew were really nice and responsive, and parking was good. The sound insulation was terrible, though. I could hear someone laughing across the hall, and the crew vacuuming another room nearby was especially clear.
