Urbanview Green Lake Sunter Residence

Stayed here for more than a week and was happy with it.

The hotel never confirmed anything. Also, parking is charged at the full rate, so bringing a car for a family stay gets expensive fast. Even two days adds up.

The staff treated customers well, and the place has the basics covered: clean, comfortable beds, working AC, clean bathrooms and usable hot showers. WiFi worked well too. Prices are affordable and it's easy to get to. Recommended.

The biggest drawback for us was the noise. From our fifth-floor room, music from the neighboring building was still loud after midnight, and sounds carried between rooms too. There were only two outlets, one occupied by the TV, and no cable connection. WiFi allowed just two devices per room. Parking costs extra and space is limited because the lot is shared with other shophouses. We stayed July 25-26, 2025, on a Saturday. The location is handy, surrounded by minimarkets, cafes and coffee shops, and Sunter Lake is right across the road, busy with visitors and food and drink vendors from morning to night. Staff were friendly, helpful, quick to respond and easy to talk to. Our room, the elevator and hallways were clean, with no cigarette smell. Water ran well, and check-in, including the initial deposit at the front desk, was quick and smooth. The elevator and stairs both worked.
