After an 18-hour trip, I was put out on the street at 6 a.m. because the property wouldn't take my credit card, even though I'd booked with it. The ATM only lets you withdraw 1,250,000, while the bill was 8,200,000. After several withdrawal attempts, my bank rightly blocked the card. I now have to wait at least another six hours for a booking at expensive last-minute rates. This is unacceptable. If booking.com lets people reserve through a credit card, the property should accept it on arrival or collect the payment in advance. It should be suspended from all booking sites.

The rooms are tiny, the place is dirty, and no one offers to help with your bags.

Parking is limited, and the room was small, which was a bit of a squeeze since I had a baby with me. For two people traveling light, it could be a good option. I stayed three nights with my family, and the location was convenient, within walking distance of local restaurants and dinner spots. At night there's a pecal lele stall next door, plus a food stall and laundry. Hot water was all set, and the mattress, pillows and blankets were fairly clean. Thank you.

The room's tight, but fine for resting, and it was quiet and comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were clean. Check-in and check-out are done at the same time. Even though the parking is open, it felt safe. Indosat reception, though, was really bad.
