The room had stains and cigarette burns on the mattress, and the AC wouldn't cool. The bathroom was damp and smelled from being used. There wasn't even toilet paper, and the one towel was really thin. The TV was broken and wouldn't work with regular TV. When I complained, the receptionist had no solution. This hotel is unfit to stay in!!!

Everything about the stay was bad. The room smelled, and the bathroom was awful with a broken toilet. The service was bad too, and the female employees were really rude. The owners should fire them all.

Residence 446 is easy to find on the main road, and the location is really convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean. Thank you, Residence 446.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room was dirty and smelled dirty, and the receptionist was rude, putting on a hero act while always talking as if being polite. Please fire that acne-covered receptionist, they're rude.

I booked online from 1 pm and came by at noon to get the key, but had to wait half an hour. Staff said the room hadn't been cleaned and they only needed to change the sheets and blankets. It still wasn't cleaned up by evening. I meant to come back and rest right away, but ended up waiting instead. What had they been doing all afternoon?
